Unity Search has partnered with a growing technology company in search of a Corporate Controller. The successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who can think broadly while paying attention to financial and operational details, proactively solve problems, develop / drive process excellence, maintain tight controls environment, and flourish in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment. The candidate should have a proven track record of excellence in accounting fundamentals, planning and forecasting, modeling and analytics, operational controls, ability to influence and advise others, successful execution of change management initiatives, and a keen understanding of how to drive results. Lastly, our client is seeking a strong leader with an ownership mentality and can both think / act strategically but is also very hands on in the details. The ideal candidate will have a a degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 5 years’ experience, and either a CPA or Public Accounting background. Compensation for this role will depend on experience and go up to $160k base salary + 10% bonus target.
