Unity Search has partnered with a very stable, well-known energy company in Dallas to assist in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst – SOX. Our client is searching for someone with 2+ years of public accounting experience or combination of public accounting and related industry experience. This individual will ensure that accounting policies and processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations, assist in the management of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process including 404 process documentation reporting, testing, and administration. This is a highly visible role cross functionally that will work on special projects and interface with management as a strategic resource in determining the appropriate analytical approach preparing statistical analysis and interpreting results. The Company offers good benefits, including a 401K match and additional fixed company contribution, as well as strong growth potential. Compensation for the role will vary with experience but will probably be in the $90K to $105K range plus discretionary bonus.
