Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end fund accounting — oversee NAV reviews, fund performance reporting, and coordination with administrators, auditors, and tax teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Be the key liaison across functions — collaborate with Finance, Operations, Investments, Compliance, and Investor Relations to optimize reporting and streamline processes.
- Lead and mentor teams — manage outsourced middle-office providers and build scalable workflows as the team and AUM grow.
- Drive management company accounting — review payments, track expense allocations, and perform analytical review of monthly and quarterly results.
- Support strategic decision-making — deliver ad-hoc reporting and insights to fundraising and investment teams.
- Shape a growing platform — contribute to building infrastructure, improving processes, and implementing best practices for a fast-scaling firm.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting experiencewith expertise in fund accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with an alternative investment manager
- Experience with buy-side accounting strongly preferred
- Desire to work with a small/growing company
- CPA is a big plus
