Job Description

Senior Tax Manager - Northwest Houston
  • Manage U.S. and Canadian federal income tax compliance and reporting
  • Assist with implementation of in-house compliance system
  • Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions
  • Prepare and monitor FIN 48 issues
  • Explore tax planning opportunities to minimize tax exposure
  • Assist with tax analysis of M&A activity
  • Assist with other special projects as requested by the Head of Tax
