AWM Tax Technology Product Manager

Job Description
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and translate AWM Tax and Tax Engagement requirements into actionable user stories for developers.

Collaborate with Tax leadership to define priorities, structure workflows, and ensure the platform aligns with business needs.

Work directly with the internal development team to implement solutions and optimize AI-driven efficiencies.

Ensure AI tools deliver meaningful outcomes, reducing tax processing from days to hours.

Guide backlog refinement, ensuring tax preparers and reviewers receive critical insights from AI bots.

5–10 years of experience in AWM Tax or leading tax-related technology projects.

Background in Tax Tech, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.

Experience with Big 4 firms (or similar)

Strong understanding of Tax Engagements and ability to align technology solutions with business priorities.

Familiarity with application development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.

Skilled in user story creation, requirement gathering, and team collaboration.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Compensation: $120K–$180K (depending on experience)
