Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Process daily high-volume invoices using a 3-way match for POs and non-POs.
- Enter invoices, apply appropriate codes, and verify payment terms per contract.
- Handle vendor checks, ACH payments, and credit applications.
- Maintain W9 records, assist with 1099 preparation, and manage vendor relationships.
- Reconcile corporate credit card and bank statements.
- Manage cost change spreadsheets and collaborate with the purchasing team on pricing changes.
Location:
- Monday - Friday in office role with the freedom to set your schedule within our office hours.
