Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Process daily high-volume invoices using a 3-way match for POs and non-POs.
  • Enter invoices, apply appropriate codes, and verify payment terms per contract.
  • Handle vendor checks, ACH payments, and credit applications.
  • Maintain W9 records, assist with 1099 preparation, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card and bank statements.
  • Manage cost change spreadsheets and collaborate with the purchasing team on pricing changes.

Location: 
  • Monday - Friday in office role with the freedom to set your schedule within our office hours.
