Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a very stable, well-known energy company in Dallas to assist in the search for an Accounting Manager. Our client is searching for someone with 8-15 years of public accounting experience or combination of public accounting and related industry experience. CPA required as well as 4 years solid leadership and management experience. This individual will provide oversight for the operation of corporate accounting, plant accounting, benefits team, payroll team, etc. This is a highly visible role cross functionally that will work on special projects and interface with management as a strategic resource in determining the appropriate analytical approach preparing statistical analysis and interpreting results. The Company offers good benefits, including a 401K match and additional fixed company contribution, as well as strong growth potential. Compensation for the role will vary with experience and be in the $150K to $175K range plus discretionary bonus (20%+) + equity.
