Accounts Payable Operations - Contractor

Job Description
We’re working with a leading organization in the hospitality space to bring on a skilled Accounts Payable contractor for an immediate opening. This opportunity sits within a high-volume, multi-entity finance environment that demands precision, efficiency, and cross-functional communication.
The role centers around a specialized AP function involving procurement workflows and tax-specific invoice processing across various jurisdictions. Responsibilities include daily invoice batching and submission, reconciling vendor accounts, preparing documentation for internal system uploads, and identifying mismatches or exceptions. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs) are critical, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics AX). The ideal candidate brings a steady presence, thrives in a fast-moving team, and is comfortable collaborating with both internal departments and external venue contacts.
This is a hybrid contract role with upfront in-office training.
