Accounts Payable Processor - Contractor

Job Description
We’re working with a leading organization in the hospitality space that is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Processor Contractor to assist their shared services team during a high-volume cycle. This group handles complex invoice matching and coding across multiple entities and is seeking someone who can step in quickly, add value, and help streamline their AP function.
The ideal candidate has experience with 3-way matching, invoice coding, and working closely with both IT and finance to resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Sum-Ifs) are a must, along with familiarity using ERP systems—preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX. This is a hybrid role with in-office days focused collaboration and for in-office training.
