Job Description
We’re working with a leading organization in the hospitality space to identify AR Reconciliation Specialists for an immediate contract opportunity. These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy digging into large data sets, and bring a high level of precision to financial reconciliation work. The company operates across multiple business units, making this a highly collaborative and detail-intensive opportunity.
Contractors will focus on reconciling key balance sheet accounts—particularly cash, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets—across a broad operational footprint. Strong Excel skills (including macros and VLOOKUPs) are essential, as is prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Daily responsibilities include reviewing AR cycles, reconciling bank transactions (ACH, wires, checks), reviewing aging schedules, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to resolve variances. Hybrid schedule availability is required, with some initial in-office training required.
