Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Unity Search is partnering with a growing, dynamic, and entrepreneurial family office in the early stages of development in Downtown Fort Worth in search of a highly capable Administrative / Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership and family office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, professional, and highly organized individual who is seeking a long-term career path in executive support.
Position Summary:
As an Administrative / Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, assist with day-to-day operations, and manage both professional and occasional personal tasks. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable interfacing with senior executives, and is looking for a meaningful long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings, and handling related administrative follow-ups
- Coordinate private and personal travel arrangements, including booking private air travel
- Support the executive team and other family office employees with general administrative tasks
- Maintain office organization, including managing office and kitchen supplies
- Interact professionally with high-level executives and external contacts
- Learn and adapt to the unique personalities and needs of the family and team members
- Utilize Office 365 tools, particularly Outlook Calendar, to manage scheduling and communications
- Provide occasional bookkeeping support, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a polished presentation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently and confident enough to ask questions and take initiative
- Bookkeeping or financial admin experience is a plus
- Interest in growing with the role and evolving into a full-time position over the next year
Preferred Attributes:
- Interested in a long-term role within a small but growing organization
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
- Experience working in a family office or similar environment is a plus
Location: Downtown Fort Worth (Onsite, Monday–Thursday)
Employment Type: Part-Time 30 hours/week (with potential to evolve into Full-Time)
