Income Tax Advisor - Central Houston
- Stable oil & gas company looking for 1+ year of corporate and partnership income tax experience
- Tax department has exceptional tenure and teamwork-oriented culture
- Strong benefits including working 2 days per week from home
- Prepare federal, state, local and foreign returns for corporations and partnerships
- Prepare estimated tax payments and quarterly accounting under ASC 740
- Assist with analyzing and modeling tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions in the oil and gas and renewable energy sector
