Agile Project Manager (Contract)

Job Description
Are you an experienced Agile Project Manager eager to lead impactful projects focused on business applications and reporting? We are looking for a motivated professional to take on a one-year contract role, working onsite full-time, five days a week, in San Antonio. In this position, you’ll guide Agile ceremonies, manage project milestones, and ensure seamless delivery of critical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business application and reporting needs.
- Manage backlog priorities and oversee project delivery, including risk mitigation and process improvements.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to enhance workflows and track progress.
- Communicate updates and outcomes effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience working with development teams as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, with a focus on adapting to dynamic business application and reporting challenges.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Commitment to working onsite in San Antonio full-time, five days a week, for a one-year project.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification (a plus).
