Job Description

The Recruiting Associate role entails connecting professionals with job opportunities alongside a team of dedicated recruiters. No experience necessary and targeting recent college graduates! All requisite training will be provided.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Communicate with highly educated and skilled professionals regarding potential job opportunities at a variety of companies including everything from Fortune 500 to local start-ups.
· Share job specifications and selling points for companies to interested professionals.
· Conduct initial phone and video interviews with qualified applicants.
· Maintain a record of recruiting activities and candidates for follow-up.
· Create and track metrics.
Required education and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Outgoing personality
· Goal oriented
· Outstanding communication and organization skills
