Job Description

Unity has partnered with a global, multi-billion dollar, privately held client located in north Houston. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join the finance operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day invoice and billing processes, including reconciliation, issue tracking, and data validation. The role will involve collaboration with internal teams and external partners to help ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing activities. This is an urgent requirement and will ultimately move pretty fast for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation to ensure alignment with contract terms.
Track and follow up on invoices that are disputed, abandoned, or pending approval.
Prepare and maintain reporting on invoice status, including open and unresolved items.
Coordinate with the billing supervisor and internal teams to help address integration or system-related issues.
Support efforts to identify billing discrepancies and contribute to root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and basic data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to billing and procurement systems (Coupa, SAP, Sage, TMF, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/invoicing platforms.
Familiarity with technology billing or cloud-based invoice models
