Business Analyst - Enterprise Application

Job Description
Location: Downtown Dallas

- Gather requirements through methods such as interviews, analyzing documents, workshops, surveys, on-site observations, process mapping, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
- Facilitate agreement on a future vision that addresses the business challenge and aligns with overarching enterprise goals, while identifying opportunities for broad solution implementation.
- Develop solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards, including recognizing the interconnections across components of the technology stack like computation, data, transactions, and analytics.
- Provide guidance on solution strategies and support decision-making with business partners to ensure minimal deviation from the planned architectural goals.
- Clearly communicate across diverse groups to achieve both project objectives and broader organizational change goals.
- Actively involve key stakeholders and sponsors in activities promoting change management.
- Collaborate with business sponsors to achieve their intended outcomes and help prioritize requirements effectively to meet their goals.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Expertise in developing solutions for Oracle ERP applications.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle, end to end implementations
- Depending on experience, but will be in the $115K to $130K range
