Unity Search has been exclusively retained by a fast growing and successful North Dallas based $50M multi-location professional service business in its search for a CFO to oversee all strategic accounting and finance responsibilities for the business. The ideal candidate for this role would have 10+ years of accounting experience with small to medium sized companies and have had sone exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions, including post-merger integration as our client is very active in acquiring other businesses. CPA preferred. Additionally, this person must have excellent communication and presentation skills as there will be regular presentations to executives, board members, investors, and even key clients. This company has a great executive management team and is experiencing rapid growth! The CFO will have the ability to make a significant impact. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will probably be in the $175K to $200K range + Bonus.
