Contracts Administrator

Job Description
Unity Search is partnering with a fast-growing Real Estate client in North Dallas to find a Contract Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing a variety of contracts and legal documents, and you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate and legal processes, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficient documentation.
This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage various contract types, including NDAs, consulting agreements, vendor/service contracts, and professional service agreements.
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating agreements within defined guidelines, including MSAs and purchase/sale agreements.
- Coordinate internal approvals and support the execution process in alignment with delegation of authority.
- Prepare status reports and dashboards to communicate contract timelines, risk areas, and priorities.
- Track key contract milestones, deliverables, expiration dates, and compliance requirements.
- Create contract abstracts and summaries for leases, power agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain corporate records such as LLC agreements, organizational documents, board minutes, and foreign entity filings.
- Manage the setup of new legal entities, including liaising with external counsel and reviewing formation documents.
- Collaborate on real estate tax matters with attorneys, land development teams, and tax accountants.
- Support project handoffs by documenting milestones, unresolved items, and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract or lease administration, preferably in real estate or legal environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or real estate; Paralegal certification or property management designation preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal documents, including commercial leases, LLC agreements, and purchase agreements.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate and development transactions; international experience is a plus.
