Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review general ledger entries, reconciliations and quarterly close functions.
- Managed cash flow projections and manage cash functions.
- Create quarterly reporting packages to enhance quarterly close process.
- Coordinate with 3rd party administrators for fund accounting.
- Respond to investor inquiries regarding fund performance.
- Support capital calls, distributions and annual audits.
- Track escrow schedules.
- Assist with budgeting process and support tax-related functions.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years fund accounting, private equity or investment management background.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems.
- Broad experience in GAAP, financial reporting and tax regulations.
- Experience working with 3rd party administrators.
