Director, International Tax

Job Description
- Proactively structure international business operations and implement strategic tax planning to enhance tax efficiency and reduce risks
- Advise stakeholders and accounting teams on tax implications and recommended tax strategies of structuring transactions and implementing business plans
- Oversee and advise on tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives
- Direct the development and implementation of global tax policies and maintain governance standards around tax strategies and compliance in foreign jurisdictions
- Oversee foreign tax audits, manage legislation analysis, and adapt strategies to comply with changes in international tax laws
- Provide oversight and guidance for US foreign tax credit and other informational filings such as Forms 5471
