Director, Tax Strategy
Job Description
Director – Tax Strategy – Family Office – West Houston – 1 WFH Day/Week
- Work closely with stakeholders and others within the Tax Department on ensuring optimal tax strategies, structuring, and planning for the shareholders and their related ventures, interests, and businesses
- Provide expert-level knowledge of private companies, flow-through tax implications, global tax structuring, and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) tax planning with broad cross-functional and business stakeholder influence
- Great work/life balance with 36 1/2 hour work week and close early on Friday
- Great benefits/perks including onsite fitness center with classes, cafeteria and in-house CPE training through leadership program
- Salary based on experience + bonus + equity
