Job Description

Tax Director – Oil and Gas – Galleria – 4 WFH Days/Week 
  • Responsible for overall tax management for assigned geographic regions
  • Leads the strategic development, implementation, and effective administration of all corporate tax returns and filings for federal, state, and provincial income tax returns
  • Ensures strategic development and implementation of corporate tax strategy, policies, procedures, and practices
  • Directs the development and administration of foreign tax compliance
  • Provides strategic planning and recommendations to executive management regarding all tax-related issues
  • Strong benefits including 401k plan with $1 for $1 match up to 5% and generous PTO based on years of professional experience
