Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage how fund performance (IRR, equity multiples, incentives fees) is calculated, tracked, and reported.
- Lead the automation of performance data processes in Yardi and other systems: ensure real-time, clean, accessible data.
- Compare performance to benchmarks and explain over/under performance with context.
- Streamline and manage workflows across departments to deliver consistent, accurate reports on time.
- Assist internal teams with crafting compelling, data-backed stories about fund performance for investors.
- Use data to guide strategic decisions, identify performance drivers, and influence how performance is understood.
- 10+ years in performance measurement or quantitative roles (real estate private equity, investment management, or related sectors).
- Deep understanding of IRR, time-weighted return, equity multiples, and real estate fund structures.
- Strong Excel and system skills (Yardi a big plus).
- Excellent at synthesizing complex data and presenting it clearly to executives and investors.
- Role is onsite full-time in San Antonio. Relocation assistance provided.
