Unity Search has partnered with a fast-growing, premier healthcare company in Uptown/Downtown Dallas to find a Senior Financial Analyst. This company is known for its incredible culture and leadership team, competitive benefits, and hybrid working schedule!
Role Highlights:
- Conduct financial and quantitative analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes
- Manage variable compensation calculations and payroll cycles
- Provide financial insights to guide corporate strategy, pricing, and M&A initiatives
- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience
- Strong financial modeling skills, intermediate to advanced Excel and business intelligence software (i.e. Corral Data)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Multi-state and multi-entity experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
