Job Description

Unity Search has been exclusively retained by a highly respected boutique real estate development firm that’s experiencing growth. They’re hiring for a Manager role—a leadership position that combines client service, project coordination, and strategic development oversight. This person will be instrumental in planning, developing, and financing real estate projects, while also managing complex engagements and leading cross-functional teams. Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills are key. The company is known for its impeccable reputation, strong leadership, and sharp team culture. The role is hybrid—in-office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote. We are seeking candidates with 4–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, strategy and financial consulting, real estate development and capital formation. The ideal candidate will hold a degree from a reputable university, possess advanced financial modeling skills, and demonstrate a strong background in client service. Excellent communication skills are essential. Compensation for this role is competitive.
