Job Description

Unity Search has been engaged by a successful DFW Mid-Cities based Technology company its search for an Accounting Director to support the Chief Accounting Officer in the performance of accounting responsibilities for the business. This role will serve as the true “right hand” to the CAO. Responsibilities for the role will include but not be limited to:

Support the Chief Accounting Officer in the performance of all accounting functions for the company. This includes but is not limited to all:
- Corporate Accounting
- Revenue Accounting
- Financial Reporting
- Technical Accounting
Supervise and train a team of accountants
Assist in continual improvement of processes and procedures for the company
Assist with external audit
Contribute to accounting team transformation
Perform various special projects for the Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Our client has had history of success and offers great benefits including 401K match, very good health care benefits where the company pays for 100% of employee insurance premiums. This role will be a hybrid role where there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will probably be in the $140K to $180K range + Bonus.
