Financial Analyst

Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a large publicly traded real estate company seeking a Financial Analyst on a contract basis. There is a great potential for this to convert to a permanent position. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our real estate growth by providing in-depth financial analysis and driving strategic decision-making for our multifamily portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports (actuals vs. budget) for accurate financial tracking
- Lead the 2025 budget process for our multifamily assets
- Facilitate monthly audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for current and future real estate projects
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (highly preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis or business analytics
- Real estate experience, preferably with a focus in multifamily
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
