Job Description
Unity Search has been engaged by a highly respected Financial Services company in the Irving/Las Colinas area in its search for Financial Reporting Director. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will be responsible for the preparation and filing of the financial institution’s external financial reports (including quarterly and annual SEC filings and monthly and quarterly call reports) and internal Board of Directors’ reports while also communicating regularly with the company’s external auditors and performing technical accounting research to ensure compliance with new and old pronouncements impacting the company. This is a great opportunity for a CPA with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a foundation in public accounting and current SEC reporting experience. This company offers great benefits and a wonderful culture that values its employees; this role is opening only due to the pending retirement of the Director who has been with the company for 20+ years. Compensation will depend of experience but our client is targeting a salary range of $160K to $210K + bonus.
