Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
Unity Search is partnering with a fast-growing Real Estate client in North Dallas to find a strategic and hands-on Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our dynamic and growing organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and field operations teams, delivering high-impact HR solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in talent strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning — with a proven track record in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple functions and locations.
- Provide guidance and coaching on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead employee relations efforts by conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Act as a culture champion — promoting engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top-tier talent with industry-specific skill sets.
- Support compensation and benefits programs by providing market insight and assisting with job evaluations and pay equity analysis.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) to influence decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Guide leaders through change management, organizational structure adjustments, and scaling efforts related to new projects or markets.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, especially regarding job sites, field teams, and contract workers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
- Experience supporting field-based teams in the real estate, construction, development, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and multi-state compliance.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to project sites, regional offices, or corporate headquarters.
