Job Description


Unity Search is partnering with a growing healthcare client in Las Colinas to identify a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic HR team. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and leadership across designated business units. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in training and development, leveraging this expertise to drive key people strategies, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders on all HR matters including talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. 
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design, deliver, and assess impactful training programs that support business goals and employee growth. 
  • Lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Guide and influence organizational development efforts including succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development. 
  • Provide expert coaching and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance. 
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and DEI to execute integrated people strategies. 
  • Champion company culture and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. 
  • Stay informed on employment legislation, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and innovation in HR practices. 


Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field 
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role 
  • Strong training and development experience, with a proven ability to build and implement effective learning programs. 
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with HR metrics and data to influence decision-making. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate organizational change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
