Job Description

Looking for a chance to jump in and lend a hand during a key system transition? Our client is implementing MS Dynamics and needs an Interim AP Specialist to assist with vendor setup, OCR templates, and AP tasks as they roll out the new AP module. The work is straightforward but important, and they’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and help keep things moving for roughly 2 weeks. Applicants must have prior Accounts Payable experience and familiarity with MS Dynamics. Have the skills? Apply ASAP for immediately consideration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support AP system setup during the transition to a new system

  • Assist with vendor setup (approx. 160 vendors) and OCR template configuration

  • Process invoices and support AP functions to ensure a smooth migration

  • Collaborate with the 4-person accounting team

  • Ensure vendor tasks and invoicing processes are aligned with the new system
Qualifications:

  • Strong Accounts Payable background

  • MS Dynamics experience 

  • Familiarity with vendor setup and OCR template processes

  • Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
Other Details:

  • Hybrid work environment

  • 40 hours per week for 2 weeks (starting week of July 7th or flexible)

  • Open to quick Teams interviews before and after July 4th
