Interim Tax Director

Job Description
This role is an Interim Director of Tax for a publicly traded client of ours, who works remotely. The position will be "leading" the tax team and reporting directly to the Corporate Controller during the assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the income tax area for the organization: income tax compliance and income tax provision.
- Strong international experience would be hugely desired.
- Experience understanding and leading the tax function with Up-C structure.
- Facilitate the coordination with the Public Accounting firm required.
- CPA and prior public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge in the areas of international, domestic, provision.
- Up-C and/or TRA experience highly desired
- This is an opportunity to lead the tax function for a public company on interim basis.
The industry our client is in is high-tech/software. The opportunity is fully remote.
