International Tax Manager

Job Description
If you live in North Houston and have a US international tax background, this role is for you! Our long-time client is looking for 7-8+ years of experience in the international tax area.
You will be doing:
- Preparation of the US international tax forms and portions of the consolidated US tax returns
- Preparation of the quarterly international tax provisions and the international components of the US income tax provision
- Review of international tax returns
- Coordinate worldwide transfer pricing process/documentation
- Assist with international tax audits
- Perform tax research and advise on international tax issues
- A hybrid work schedule with 1 day per week from home, with additional flexibility when needed
- The Tax Director as a hands-off management style
