Unity Search has partnered with a reputable commercial real estate company in its search for an Investment Accountant. This is a GREAT opportunity for someone passionate about real estate to come in and get exposure to a variety of responsibilities. The Investment Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for the company’s assets and partnerships, as well as assisting with various acquisition and disposition items.
This role will serve as the right hand to the AVP of Finance and will interact frequently with other individuals in the department.
They are open to two types of candidate profiles. The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree, a few years of relevant industry accounting experience or 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Depending on experience, the compensation will be between $80K - $90K + bonus.
