Unity Search has partnered with a successful and fast-growing real estate developer in Central Dallas in its search for a Manager of Financial Strategy and Performance Analytics. This company offers a very good work/life balance and great benefits including gym membership reimbursement, 401K match, company contribution, etc. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations and indirectly to CFO, this individual will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on business metrics on an ongoing basis. In addition to these responsibilities the Manager will play a pivotal role in helping develop new reporting tools by leveraging new technology and software’s to allow for data-driven decision making. The individual will strategically collaborate with Company’s C-Suite and work across business functions, including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Capital Markets, Regional investment teams, and Acquisitions/ Dispositions groups. Requirements include a business-related degree, preferably with an MBA or advanced degree, and 5+ years’ experience working in a finance or analytical capacity. Must have a proven ability to synthesize complex financial data, conduct insightful analysis, and present findings to stakeholders. Additionally, this person must have excellent verbal and written communication. Salary for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $125K - $175k range plus bonus.
