Job Description
UNITY has been engaged with a growing technology company in Austin. Our client is looking for a Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to oversee the company’s SEC reporting and consolidations. This is a hybrid role and candidates must reside in the Austin Metro area.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of the 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Develop reporting disclosures and reporting timelines
- Review schedules and appropriate documentation
- Mange the consolidations of foreign entities
- Technical research and memos
- Manage stock-based compensation
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience
- CPA or in process
- 2+ years management
- Strength in SEC reporting with a public company
- Oracle and Workiva experience preferred
