Office Administrator

Job Description
Unity Search is partnering with a fast-growing real estate client in Uptown Dallas to find a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and support overall office administration. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk and reception support, including answering calls, managing the visitor log, and warmly welcoming and registering guests.
- Ensure the office environment is fully prepared each day for both team members and guests, including tasks such as setting up coffee and distributing necessary materials.
- Handle general office responsibilities such as receiving and distributing incoming mail and coordinating outgoing shipments.
- Manage inventory levels for office supplies and kitchen/lounge items.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed.
- Handle basic facility management tasks or liaise with vendors/maintenance providers.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or similar field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant office coordination and administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or multi-department office environment.
