Office Manager - Contract To Hire
Job Description
A well-established company in the North Dallas area is looking for a dependable and organized Office Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the steady hand behind the scenes, thrives in a structured environment, and is looking to plant roots long-term. If you're someone who values consistency, clear expectations, and being the go-to person in the office, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and provide general administrative support

Answer incoming calls and assist clients as needed

Maintain and organize internal files and documents

Coordinate schedules and support leadership with operational tasks

Assist with basic correspondence and internal communication
Requirements:
-
Prior experience in an administrative or office management role

Excellent organization and communication skills
-
Comfortable working with a wide range of clients, including older individuals who may ask detailed questions

Must be available to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Strong interest in a long-term opportunity with a stable team
Additional Details:

40 hours per week, fully onsite

After 6 months, employees receive every other Friday off
