Job Description

Unity Search is partnering with a fast-growing real estate client in Uptown Dallas to find a talented Office Manager. This individual will oversee daily office operations, including reception, supply management, and guest services. They will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and building maintenance, supporting events and office hospitality to ensure a seamless, welcoming office experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle general office responsibilities such as receiving and distributing incoming mail and coordinating outgoing shipments.
  • Manage inventory levels for office supplies and kitchen/lounge items.
  • Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and repair of office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide front desk and reception support, including answering calls, managing the visitor log, and warmly welcoming and registering guests.
  • Plan and execute internal events for the Dallas office, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement procedures that promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness in office management.
  • Ensure the office environment is fully prepared each day for both team members and guests, including tasks such as setting up coffee and distributing necessary materials.
  • Assist with invoice coding and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or similar field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant office management and administrative support experience.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong track record of planning and executing small to mid-sized office events with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
