Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general office responsibilities such as receiving and distributing incoming mail and coordinating outgoing shipments.
- Manage inventory levels for office supplies and kitchen/lounge items.
- Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and repair of office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide front desk and reception support, including answering calls, managing the visitor log, and warmly welcoming and registering guests.
- Plan and execute internal events for the Dallas office, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery.
- Develop and implement procedures that promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness in office management.
- Ensure the office environment is fully prepared each day for both team members and guests, including tasks such as setting up coffee and distributing necessary materials.
- Assist with invoice coding and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or similar field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant office management and administrative support experience.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong track record of planning and executing small to mid-sized office events with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
