Payroll Tax Contractor

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve payroll tax issues across a variety of different tax jurisdictions in multiple states
- Ensure state-by-state payroll tax accuracy and compliance
- Work with ADP (required) to manage payroll processes
- Oversee semi-monthly payroll tax filings and reporting
- Collaborate with department VPs to stabilize payroll operations
- Provide hands-on support while also offering high-level strategic guidance
- Payroll tax expertise at a manager level or higher
- Strong ADP experience (required)
- Self-sufficient and proactive problem solver
- Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll tax compliance
- Experience handling high-volume payroll tax jurisdictions
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
