Job Description
Unity Search is partnering with a reputable client in downtown Dallas, a leading provider of innovative insurance and wealth solutions, to find a Workday Senior Analyst. This role will lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday platform. It will play a key part in supporting our People & Culture (HR) function and driving system efficiency through automation, innovation, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Security, along with a strong technical background in troubleshooting, integration, and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Security.
- Continuously optimize system settings to improve performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT, functional teams, and Workday support to resolve technical challenges and ensure system integrity.
- Manage Workday security roles, user access, and permissions to maintain data privacy and compliance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues related to data integrity and user experience.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer and related tools.
- Build, support, and monitor integrations between Workday and other systems using tools such as EIB and Workday Studio.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, with in-depth knowledge of HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Proven ability to configure Workday, manage security roles and permissions, and develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools such as EIB and Studio is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, or related modules are preferred.
