Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a successful and fast-growing real estate developer in Central Dallas in its search for a Senior Accountant. This company offers a very good work/life balance and great benefits including gym membership reimbursement, 401K match, company contribution, etc. This position will have responsibilities within the accounting group on the developmental side with the primary focus on monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting responsibilities for Companies’ operating and development. Requirements include an accounting (or related business) degree and 2-3+ years of related accounting experience (public accounting, commercial real estate industry experience, etc.). Additionally, this person must have strong verbal and written communication. Salary for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $90K - $110k range plus bonus.
