Senior Analyst, Accounting Process & Policy

Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with an expanding real estate company looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Accounting Process & Policy. This role is newly created and will be exposed to senior leaders across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, streamline, and improve accounting and financial processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- This role combines expertise in accounting practices with process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce errors, and support overall financial operations.
What our client requires to be considered for the role:
- 2-4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Real estate, financial services, or healthcare experience a plus (not required)
- CPA, CMA or PMP strongly preferred
- Experience with Yardi, or other Project Management software such as Jira, Smartsheet is a plus
