Senior Analyst - SOX IT Compliance

Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a very stable, well-known energy company in Dallas to assist in the search for a Senior Analyst – IT SOX Compliance. Our client is searching for someone with 3+ years of public accounting experience or combination of public accounting and related industry experience. This individual will assist in management of SOX IT compliance process, ensuring that policies and processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations, identify risk and control attributes, develop and coordinate annual SOX IT testing plan, oversee user access review process, etc. This is a highly visible role cross functionally that will work on special projects and interface with management as a strategic resource in determining the appropriate analytical approach preparing statistical analysis and interpreting results. The Company offers good benefits, including a 401K match and additional fixed company contribution, as well as strong growth potential. Compensation for the role will vary with experience but will probably be in the $100K to $115K range plus discretionary bonus.
