Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a very large, reputable Dallas-based commercial construction company in its search for a Senior Finance Manager (Special Projects). Our client has an awesome corporate culture that values quality of life and has good benefits. In addition, our client believes strongly in promoting from within and career development. This role will serve as the CFO’s right hand and is highly visible and will have access to senior leadership cross-functionally across the business. The Senior Finance Manager will be managing various finance transformation projects across the national business. This role will be partnering with the VP Controller and VP of Finance as well as various other functions in bettering the company’s process, controls, sharing of best practices, and systems usage.
The ideal candidate would have 8-12 years of finance / accounting experience with strong knowledge of finance processes (financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting and reporting). Public accounting or consulting (client service) experience required. CPA strongly preferred. Compensation for this role will depend on experience, ranging from $150K-$180K + bonus + strong 401K match.
