Senior Financial & Investor Relations Analyst

Job Description
Here are some of the responsibilities:
- Build, manage and maintain detailed multi-year financial models to support key strategic decisions and overall company forecasting
- Synthesize detailed financial information and prepare executive-level analysis and presentations for senior management, lenders, and other third parties
- Assist in evaluating and executing debt & equity financings, capital structure and capital allocation decisions
Some of the requirements are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-7 years of applicable experience
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and overall accounting principles
- Knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and financial valuation
