Job Description
This growing healthcare company has partnered with Unity Search in search of a Senior Financial Analyst. This position can be hybrid. The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director with a dotted line to the CFO and have the opportunity to work cross functionally with other departments (operations, accounting, strategy, M&A, etc.).
Some of the primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and analyze KPI’s to support revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives
- Create and maintain financial models
- Analyze budget to actual variances on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Support budget / forecast preparation working with various departments across the company
- Provide supporting schedules for financial reporting packages for the Board
- Assist with M&A due diligence on target acquisitions
- Special projects!
- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business required
- Strong excel skills required (intermediate to advanced)
- Knowledge of financial modeling
- Strong communication skills
