Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with an up-&-coming fund administrator in Dallas that is experiencing tremendous growth and looking to add a Senior Fund Accountant to their team. Our client offers a great work/life balance, full benefits, and a management team that takes employee mentorship and development seriously. This is a middle-office position that would interact regularly with several private equity clients. Compensation for this opportunity will go up to 90k + bonus.
Some of the main responsibilities are:
- Management of and regular communication with clients
- Financial reporting for private equity and alternative investment clients
- Prepare and review capital call templates and distributions
- Financial statement preparation for partner capital account statements
- Book, review, prepare, and reconcile cash transactions, accruals, management fees, etc.
Some of the main requirements are:
- Bachelor’s or above in Accounting or Finance required
- 1+ years of fund accounting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment
