Unity Search has been retained by an international, fast-growing North Dallas multi-unit franchising company in its search for an Senior Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting. Our client is targeting a highly motivated person with strong leadership and communication skills, and they really want someone who they could see growing and developing with the company. This role will have a variety of accounting responsibilities including but not limited to: Staff Development and Leadership, Project Management, Process Improvement, Technical Accounting, P&L Analysis, as well as various Ad Hoc Projects. The ideal candidate for this role would have 7+ years of a combination of public accounting and industry experience with at least limited exposure to public companies. CPA required. Compensation for the role will vary with experience but will probably be in the $140K to $160K range + Bonus + Annual Equity Bonus.
