Job Description

UNITY has partnered with an established real estate development company in downtown Austin to identify a Senior Property Accountant.  This is a newly created role due to growth. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Full-cycle accounting process
  • Reconcile bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and balance sheet accounts 
  • Manage cash flow for multiple entities 
  • Ad-hoc projects  
Experience Required:
  • Bachelors in Accounting 
  • Experience in multi-family and/or low income housing 
  • Yardi preferred 
  • Strong Excel skills
